Yet another free lunchtime maritime concert at Hull's Maritime Museum.

This is the third such concert and the previous ones were well subscribed. It will take place in the main gallery this time where we had the first one, so plenty of room and wonderful acoustics.

The line-up is once again
Paul and Liz Davenport
Hissyfit
Ralph and Helene Marks
Sam Martin
Spare Hands

Paul and Liz, Hissyfit and Spare Hands all have new CDs to promote.

Concert runs from 11 am to 2 pm and then all off to City to watch them beat Newcastle.

This will be the fourth FREE concert we have organised in the Hull Maritime Museum. Each one was very well attended and received.

When we used it as a venue for the last Hull Maritime Festival two years ago, everyone(performers and audience) alike commented on this "jewel in the crown" .

If you have never been in there you have a real treat awaiting you. Apart from the general architectural resplendence of the place and the excellent displays, the acoustic is pretty damned fantastic as well!!

So come down on the first of March for a real 'ull (City Of Culture) treat!!

We're really looking forward to this. Although we are natives of the city, it's not often that we get to perform in Hull or the East Riding so this feels like coming home. See you there!

Yes, it's a privilege to sing there and in harmony. In fact we'll sing The Harmony in harmony.

All looking forward to tomorrow so here's a reminder in case you've forgotten. Mick was on local radio this morning giving us a plug.

Whilst we all have new CDs out there will be no pressure sales. However Mary and Beth have got small arms.

Unfortunately Linda Kelly is a bit poorly so Hazel has asked Sam to join her on a few numbers. Sorry you can't make it, Linda, we'll miss you, but have a swift recovery. We'll be singing your wonderful songs anyway.

Another great concert. All seats taken and others standing, people coming backwards and forwards wandering through the Museum, most staying for a while. Old friends from out of town turning up who only heard about it the night before. Some great performances once again and thanks to a very appreciative audience.

Paul pointed out a painting of the Kearsage and the Alabama around the corner so we sang Roll, Alabama, Roll.

Here's to the next one.

I won't mention the City match.

Just posted this once and nothing happened.

I always thought you were better at singing and playing than forecasting sports results Steve.

Glad the concert went well - may even get to the next one.

Regarding the archive I could have some spare time in April so get Les to get in touch to sort out alternatives.

Hi Malcolm
The Reunion Day is 5th April. Les may be able to sort something out on the day as he lives in city centre.
