Because of the 'Cat's problems and recovering lost threads.
I thought I would restart the discussion with my version of the a Map.

Cresby.com > Folk Map for a swathe from Exeter to Shrewsbury and Cardiff to Nettlebed (Oxon)- ish.

Basically it uses HTML to translate a click on a map to an OSGR and create a link to my Geographical filter called "found here" (eg Bristol). The latter link displays for that area and allows for more in a text type search for towns/villages.

Nothings perfect but it was a very quick route to make my existing facility more graphic.

The exercise was prompted by a previous thread that may be lost.
