Hi all,

The inimitable Luke Cheevers will be guest at the Góilín Singer's Club on Sept. 11th. The focus of the night will be to launch his long awaited and much anticipated debut CD. It's Just Me Saggin' Shelf. Góilín is very proud of it's long association with Luke and we are delighted to have this opportunity to showcase his sublime talents, his relaxed style and his unique personality. Góilín meets every Friday at 9.30 at the Teachers' Club in Parnell Square in Dublin.

Below is a list of the songs that Luke has selected for his debut CD.

The CD is not availible yet as it is with the printers. As soon as it is ready I'll put details on this thread about how you can get your hands on a copy.

I've been hearing rumours about this CD for years so I'm really looking forward to hearing it. If I can't get to the launch on 11 Sept I hope Luke will relaunch it at the Frank Harte weekend 25-27 Sept - the more launches the better!

We'll have copies at the FHFest and we'll get plenty of songs out of Luke.
