I've loved this song for years (related thread here

but hearing it again yesterday made me realize how much it speaks to today's refugee crisis in the Middle East and Europe.

I'd like to teach it to my band but can't find any sheet music. Has anyone figured out the chords for themselves and would be willing to share?

OK, I put the music and lyrics - as best I could transcribe them, I think a couple are wrong - on Youtube Our Time Will Arise

Please note that I think the song is played in a double drop D tuning, so some of the D chords that sound iffy may be so. The main strummer makes use of what seems to be a modal tuning. (If you don't know what that is, it refers to a chord--such as the D--which is played without the defining third note, so the chord can be major or minor depending on the vocal notes the singer uses. My band's guitarist is always talking about modal tuning so I'm sure he'll know what you mean by "double drop D".
