Well, yesterday "chuck" wouldn't let me log in. So i said so. The thread where I said so is closed now. So, "chuck," I apologize for remarking about what "chuck" rhymes with. hee hee hee.

Today Mudcat let me log in courtesy of "etta." Thanks, "etta."

There seem to be four servers now: brownie, chuck, etta, and furry.The first three seem to be similar but furry is different - it uses more up-to-date software. When I checked this afternoon it was much quicker.

How the servers are allocated to users, and how the databases are organised, I've no idea.

I really like Max's recent choices of server names. For the most part, they're a lesson in Da Blues. I'm thinking "Chuck" is Chuck Berry, "Sonny" is Sonny Terry, "Furry" is bluesman Furry Lewis (had to Google that one); and Huddy is, well, Lead Belly. And Etta, of course, is the one and only Etta James.
