Can we be sure there isn't already a Chump Tower in Pyongyang? Wouldn't put it past SCROTUS to start a war as a way to avoid paying the contractors.

He doesn't need a war to stiff his contractors - done it plenty of times before. Maybe he could set up Trump Pyongyang University and make a few buck defrauding the North Koreans?.

A fact: Trump has a tower hotel in Turkey down by the rail yards and dump with no road to the front entrance. It was never meant to open. Its purpose was money laundering. The hotel looks a lot like a vagina.
