He had several ideas for a professional name ....Weight Problem Wilf Scrabble and Big Jim Cribbage....when he checked with Equity, those names were taken.

Loved his music. Painful memories of grappling with a guitar accompaniment to 'Blueberry Hill'...took hours to get anything like the right feel. Fats Domino leaves a priceless legacy of great songs & recordings. One of a kind.

A terrific singer - one of the few R & R guys who smiled at the audience.
Kim Jong Un may well have been a fan - they had the same hairstyle...
