Subject: RE: are there 2 SteveTurners From: FreddyHeadey Date: 25 Nov 17 - 07:32 PM I spent a year or so mixing up Steve Turner the concertina player with Steve Tilston http://www.stevetilston.com I'll bookmark this page for next time! |
Subject: RE: are there 2 SteveTurners From: Mr Red Date: 26 Nov 17 - 03:44 AM I spent a year mixing up Steve Turner with Steve Turner. Wondering why he had morphed his concertina into a piano accordion. And migrated from trad English song to French (& Breton) dance music (with various bands). And why he lost so much hair. But a lot can happen in 30 years. Steve (concertina) Turner used to sing a song about stammering and it came as a surprise that he actually suffers (did?) from the affliction. Excellent musicians both. |
