Subject: Obit: jazz singer Nancy Wilson 1937 - 2018 From: keberoxu Date: 17 Dec 18 - 02:34 PM Nancy Wilson passed, I believe, on the 13th or 14th of December but I just heard about this. I don't faithfully listen to National Public Radio which made haste to report Nancy Wilson's death and to program a report on her life and career. Following a long, successful singing career, Ms. Wilson hosted music shows on NPR, and appeared on other NPR shows hosted by others. Her influences include Little Jimmy Scott and Dinah Washington. |
