Trying to find the name, and possibly the words, for an old Woody Guthrie song where a guy goes home and does all the usual things at the end of the day, only to finally realize that he's in the wrong house.
(It happens because everybody in the town has identical jobs and identical families and identical houses)

There is a recent song on the same thing called, "We All Live In East Longmeadow". I'm already familiar with that one. It's the much older one on the same theme that i'm seeking.
Any ideas? Perhaps it's not even Woody Guthrie, so please share what you know.

Well, many or maybe all of Woody's lyrics are at https://www.woodyguthrie.org/index.htm. I didn't find anything that sounded from the title like it might be your song, although Beech Haven Ain't my Home was close enough to make me look....but no cigar. Good luck finding your song, but I don't think it's a Woody Guthrie song.

Interesting .... Musical Theater song from a Broadway show with Pearl Bailey?    I am from Connecticut, but it still doesn't quite fit the bill.

This thing may end up driving me crazy.
