Bit of a shot in the dark, this one. Does anyone remember a song (pop, not folk) called All By Myself? From the 60s. By a male singer. It was a B side, cant remember the A side, cant remember the artist.

What I do remember goes like this:

Fooled again, I thought I was going to see something interesting about Big Bill Broonzy and Memphis Slim and their song with that title. I always got Slim to do his version whenever he was here on tour.

to cnd, this IS the song, and its great, BUT
I never knew Buddy Knox and its not the version I know but its absolutely great to hear it again after so many years !!!

Glad to help jojo. Unfortunately, I've got no clue who else would've recorded it; the song was a Knox original (alongside Wes Bryan).

I couldn't find a recording released in the 60s online by anyone other than Knox in either the 60s or 70s; perhaps it was a local group?
