Zitto 12 String Guitar

I have encountered a 12 String Guitar with what looks like "Zitto" as the maker its not in good condition and wonder if anyone has heard of it.
Google only give one credible mention and it is and eclectic guitar by "Zitto"
I was considering it as a winter family renovation project

Is the name that looks like Zitto on the headstock or inside the guitar? Any numbers (serial, model, etc) on it?

# Its name is on the Headstock couldnt see a label ill take a light and a set of 6 strings and a nut and try it next time , there's very little wear on the fingerboard
I saw it lying on a shelf in a glaziers workshop looking lonely and forlorn
They had a 70s yamaha in the office for meal breaks it sounded very nice

The headstock name is quite faded and looking at old Fenders i thought it might be a fender but I cant find a fender (non Classical) with an open headstock and a zero fret and a pegless bridge ......

After removing the neck and looking to renew the fingerboard , not worn but slightly concave it turns out that the faded headstock loggo I read as "Zitto44" is probably Klira made in Germany
Klira 12 string "similar" to mine

BTW I got the guitar for nothing on the condition that if I get it playable I will play it for the previous owner

The design of the bridge looks almost exactly like a Framus my brother use d to have. See this link
