HI! WOW! I just found this and it's wonderful. It'sgonna take me DAYS to get thru all of it! Took me a while just to join, 'cause I had to play in the lyrics for a while! I have several questions....guess i"ll start with a request for thelyrics to "Home With the Girls in the Morning"...don't know for sure that there are any, but the phrase fits so well with the melody, I thought there might be. I am a fiddler from WYO, play old time, folk, little bit o'blues, but my favorite is Celtic! Slainte, Sorcha

Hi Sorcha, We have a couple of divine ladies from WYO already with us, so WYO is tops in our book (except for the politics, but we don't talk politics here (hah!). Hey, Sorcha, welcome from Anudder Mudder in WYO and I don't discuss politics with most phoaks in WYO; too left for their taste, if ya know what I mean!

This is the best community you will find on the web. As for looking for tunes and songs, you are better off being as specific as possible and starting a thread for that purpose, with the title or words, that you know, as the name of the thread. It makes it easier for those who are looking for music-only threads to spot and you will get quicker responses.

This is a great place...Lots of great music and lots of great people.....I'm not one of them, but what the hell...You need to meet the somewhat crazed eccentrics too.

Wyoming huh? As mentioned, 2 of my best buds live out there and if you're like them...well geeziz, I'm sorry for you and hope you too can get a real life. Kat is incredibly strange; bizarro rituals, garden faeries, herbal compotes, yak worship, the works. WyoWoman (WW) is also a bit off....well more than a bit, but let's not go into it now. Try not to get too chummy with Seed, an old Berkley type who is basically just a dirty old man with a fear of being attacked by an Albanian weaver named Snuffy.

Have fun and investigate some of the old threads and stuff. Just put a keyword for something that interests you in the forum search and have at it. Check out bbc's Mudcat Resources for pix as kat said and of course the lyrics and MIDI tunes you know about already. We're glad to have you here!

Oh dear no, I always watch out for possums. My good friend Maggie has 3 little ones living in her solarium just waiting for spring so they can go outside. They are soooo cute. I knew they hissed, but I didn't know they drooled. Only the little girl is sociable tho, don cha know!
