I've had a few emails from 'Catters asking what I've been up to (musically) recently, and more particularly during lockdown.

Well, it was an opportunity to create musical collaborations with friends via the internet, and I did a few videos with friends Ian Chisholm, who's local to me, and Doc Rossi, who lives in Portugal. One of us would lay down a base track for a chosen set and send it to the others. Each of us would then record audio and video for our own parts and send it to Doc to be assembled as a video.

We had great fun - here's a sample:

We went back to our personal stuff after lockdown, but it certainly kept us amused and busy!

Welcome back, Will. I've missed you. I enjoyed the tunes, especially the Savage Hornpipe, which reminds me in places of Carolan's Concerto.

Hi leeneia - long time! The Savage has a very 'Handelian' turn of phrase - as does Carolan here and there. Great tune.
