Subject: Furry Lewis 'Kassie Jones' From: jeep Date: 18 Jan 00 - 11:20 PM I'd love to get a transcript of Furry's version Pt 1 and Pt. 2 but in the meantime can anyone tell me what he's saying in the line "I'm a natural born ?????? on the road again" -he says it again in the line with "Had it wrote on the back of my shirt I'm a natural born ?????, don't have to work" |

Subject: RE: Lyr Req: Furry Lewis 'Kassie Jones' From: GUEST,Mark Roffe Date: 19 Jan 00 - 04:37 PM I always though it was "easement." Either something that eases pain/discomfort, or a right-of-way to go on any road you choose to travel, or a railroad siding where trains sit before they go out again. |

Still no definitive decision on the "Easeman" / "Eastman" thing - I say sing it like Furry does and let your audience decide. Brian |
