I loved his "As good as I once was" but the song really needs to be seen/heard with the official video for maximum impact.

I certainly wasn't a fan of his jingoistic Pop Country but I'm saddened to hear of his end of life struggle. Hopefully he's resting easy now.

I dislike some of his songwriting. But I'll credit the worthiness of "Beer for my Horses", and "I Love This Bar" (preferably without its matching video).
