It's tune and the song "Bonny Jean of Aberdeen" is a lot older than Ballantyne's "Castles in the Air", both the latter song and tune (as an ABC) are on my website (see Scarce Songs 1), and from ABC2MUS you can get a chord progression from the ABC (Same tune as "Ball of Kerriemuir" and "The Stuttering Lovers"). www.erols.com/olsonw

There is a previous thread on this song and a mudcatter sent me a midi of the song. Check back in the threads. We are about to record the tune with other words, but I don't know how to send a midi.

There also apperas to be a dance version that appears on a net search for the song.
