I do believe Rounder now owns Philo's catalog. They've been reissuing some of the good stuff.

Yes, they've just reissued the great album by Mary McCaslin and Jim Ringer 'The Bramble and the Rose' Philo 1055. They are adding to the catalogue as well as reissuing old LPs on to CD. Check out the label at the Rounder site.
