Dear Mudcatters,

Do any of you know what happened to a website which was called "Cowboy Midi Files"? It had wonderful midis of old cowboy tunes. The address I have for it is www.loop.com/~rgraham/cowboy.html, but it says it is no longer there.

Thank you so much,

kf

neither is the subdirectory it was in. I would suppose either the account was closed or yanked.

Elektra and Mary,

Thank you so much. It does look as though it is the one I had lost.

Not AGAIN, dangit all!! Much obliged to ya, Miss Mary in Kentucky.

[Elektra smiles radiantly, makes as if to bow slightly and tip her hat to the lady, but somehow her spurs get snagged together and she ends up on her backside in a tangled heap, laughing hysterically at her own foolishness.]

John--I have no idea what Akron's Last Flight is about. I tested about 10 MIDIs on that page, and it seems like they are fine until you get about half way through the alphabet. I'm guessing that the files were moved or something. If it doesn't clear up you could probably write to the page owner.

If you like TEXAS songs, there are some nice MIDIs here.

Mary
