I know of only one mudcat in eastern Colorado and another one who is going to move here in a short while. I was wondering, are there any other mudcats who live on the eastern slope of the mountains. Cities like Colorado Springs, Pueblo, LaJunta, Lamar, Trinidad, and the like. It would be great to be in contact.

Banjoman- There don't seem to be many. I think there are only four of us in the whole state. In the grand scheme of things, we are veritable neighbors, as you know. Checking bbc's resources reveals only Rex and LEJ, But I don't know what part of Colorado they live in. Our nearest allies seem to be the good folks in Wyoming. I wish more CO 'Catters would speak up.

Heck LEJ and I are just around the corner from each other. Up in the hills west of Denver. We are looking forward to when the rambling Mudcat caravan comes through. If its bluegrass they like, we can do that.

I think my sister, bet, who doesn't have much time to Mudcat, must be the only one of the Western slope of Colorado. But, she does get over tho the Eastern slope fairly often.

Hell REX, that's my old stomping grounds. Used to drive school busses in Evergreen, and go to the Little Bear on weekends. Unfortunately, I lived down in Denver, (well Wheat Ridge, actually), from which I escaped in 1992. I'm much happier in a small town. KAT- you were one of the folks I thought of when mentioning Wyoming. You'd think there'd be a few more Mudcatters in an area this large. I know we talkedabout this before. Did you ever find out any moreabout that guy who mentioned the Cheyenne Music Society, (or something)? He seemed to be from th Rocky Mtn. area. Give a holler if you're ever going through Trinidad.
