Subject: Music/Dance Party in Virginia From: BeauDangles Date: 02 May 00 - 10:54 AM Hello fellow Mad 'Catters, This past 12th Night I was crowned Bean King by our community of Contra Dancers. We had a really nice party, and I had the great good fortune to select the cupcake that had the garbanzo bean in it. This meant that fate had decreed that I would reign for one year as Bean King. Part of the duties of the Bean King is to host, or recruit hosts for, a series of parties throughout the next year. This Sunday, May 7th, I will be hosting the first Party. Since it is the first Sunday in May, it will be a May Day Party. I'd love it if any 'Catters in the vicinity of Charlottesville, VA could attend.
