Subject: RE: Looking for Eric Bogle's songbooks From: GUEST,John Leeder in Calgary Date: 06 Jun 00 - 10:39 AM My chum Dave Foster (not the rich and famous musician) published an early book of Eric's songs (with Eric's permission), and may have some left. I don't know offhand what he's charging (but it's Canadian dollars, so it'd be inexpensive for the rest of you). His email address is 31650311@3web.net. |
Subject: RE: Looking for Eric Bogle's songbooks From: Bob Bolton Date: 07 Jun 00 - 12:26 AM G'day, Bugsy: I know they started out with Larrikin Publishing ... I remember arguing points of design philosophy with the designer of the first one - back in the early 80s!. Since then, Warren Fahey (Chief Larrikin) has gone off in other directions. He certainly sold the Larrikin Record label to Festival and I did hear that larger publishers picked up the Bogle books. Regards, BobBolton |

If you don't know the tunes, buy the CDs! http://ericbogle.net/lyrics/index.htm |
