Subject: Mid-European tunes

I wonder if you people can help me

I've recently re-discovered a CD by 'Blowzabella' which contains what I can best describe as being 'european' tunes.

It's great! Can anyone point me in the direction of other CDs with that sound? (hurdy gurdy, melodeon etc)

Sorry if this sounds vague - but if you understand what I mean by the 'european' sound you may be able to help.

Thanks

Castor

The "Beekscheepers" Traditonal Dancers from Scheessel, Northern Germany, just finished mastering a CD with Dancing tunes mostly from scandinavia and Northern Germany. As soon it is out we can fix something, I don't believe it will be available via music shops other than local.

Webfeet have a list of links at  Eurofolk Bands: Index which you may find useful.
