Well MM, I wanted to give you a laugh for your birthday, but then I realized you already had one. As a matter of fact you've got a laugh that'll sterilize frogs a mile away. On a scale of 1 to 5 your laugh rates a 27.

I tried to get Kendall to give you a big hug, but since he's from Maine and pretty anal retentive, its not really his "thing." And speaking of "Edgar Cayce" let's all say a little prayer to help Kendall raise the dead....or at least pay to have some hydraulics installed.

Kat had some ideas for me, but they were all tied up with chanting and garden faeries and the like and my legs won't fold around like that anyway, although I once tried to score in a Lotus Europa. I wound up freezing my ass off outside so let's just skip anything that has to do with wacky contortions.

I asked Bert of course since he sees you every week. When I sent him an e-mail asking what MaryMac should have for her birthday, he replied, "Who?" I asked Max too, but he was busy evacuating his bladder and winding his watch.

Then I thought that maybe the gang in chat would have a few ideas. Bill D. of course suggested something old and traditional and yet still usable. This eliminated wrapping up Bill and sending him. Jeri was supposed to come up with some dragonflies like the ones that hover around her hooters so you too could experience the thrill of that particular pastime, but it turns out they only hover over normal sized hooters and you seem to have some major league mohunkers there, so that's out.......

Night Owl had a good idea she said, but she had already passed it on to Bert and, well, once again.........so that went down the tube......specifically, Bert's vacuum tube. I asked Meebo and all he had time to say was, "MARYMAC RULES"...and then he went back to annabelle the sheep. Allan couldn't be reached as he's doing the West Virginia thing and it'll be a couple of years before they have any electricity in the state, so he wasn't any help either. Jon Freeman was going to send a concertina, but when he couldn't find a box, he heaved that one off a pier too and its now being played by Herman the Sea Bass.

I still have some of the asparagus grown at Cletus and Paw's Assparagus farm, but the post office won't ship anything that smells like that. I dunno' what to tell you........I tried.........not real hard (which is what the ol' girl said to Kendall the other night).....but I did try.

Happy Birthday anyway.........Geeziz, you're really gettin' up there ain'tcha? Like they say, a woman at your age is like Australia.....Everybody knows its down there...Nobody cares...................
