Subject: RE: guitar tab template From: Joe Offer Date: 22 Jul 00 - 05:09 AM Hey, John, you DID find your way here! It was great singing with you this evening. I'm still looking for your tab template. In the meantime, you may want to look at Guitarists Anonymous. If I don't find you a template, our guitarists will be sure to find you one tomorrow. Also try Bob's Guitar Playing Tips - they have links for tab, chords, and music scores that might do the trick for you. -Joe Offer- |
Subject: RE: guitar tab template From: Bugsy Date: 22 Jul 00 - 05:14 AM John J, I make my own tab charts by going into any Spread Sheet program, be it Works or Word, selecting Five rows or approx 6 columns then formatting the borders. when you print this out it will be a perfect chart showing 6 strings and 7 frets. Oh, and I saved it as "tab charts", so I can get more whenever I need to. CHeers Bugsy |
Subject: RE: guitar tab template From: Joe Offer Date: 22 Jul 00 - 05:20 AM Dansm's Guitar Freeware has a free tab program called TabMaster that you might like, along with various templates. Here's another (click). Oh, and here's a page of Guitar Tab Software, some of it free. -Joe Offer, again- |
Subject: RE: guitar tab template From: Homeless Date: 22 Jul 00 - 05:54 PM John - this is all I use - one or the other, depending on the complexity of what I'm tabbing. Just copy and paste the sections into NotePad as many times as you need to do the full song. I print it out and write in the numbers with pencil, the later enter them straight into a file to keep on disk.
