Subject: RE: Lyr Req: Goodbye Monday Blues From: Sorcha Date: 31 Jul 00 - 07:44 PM No luck on lyrics on the web, but you can purchase Si Kahn's song book with this tune in it HERE , or the CD by Patrick Street, here, from Green Linnet, (scroll down) Also recorded by Si and John McCutcheon, available maybe here, from Rounder Records on the Flying Fish label. Good luck. It's possible that Amazon.com has these, and you could purchase through Mudcat. I didn't look to find out. |

Subject: RE: Lyr Req: Goodbye Monday Blues From: DeeAnn Date: 31 Jul 00 - 11:49 PM I have the lyrics and the Si Kahn book. I'll gladly send the lyrics but I'm not well schooled in HTML code. If you can walk me through it, you've got them. |
Subject: RE: Lyr Req: Goodbye Monday Blues From: Pene Azul Date: 31 Jul 00 - 11:58 PM DeeAnn, you just have to put <br> at the end of each line and in each space between lines. Give it a try. If any of it comes out wrong I'll fix it. PA |

Subject: RE: Lyr Req: Goodbye Monday Blues From: GUEST,Gerry Date: 05 Nov 17 - 03:55 AM A tiny correction to the lyrics posted by DeeAnn on 1 August 2000: it's Pickens County. There's one in Alabama, one in Georgia, and one in South Carolina, but I don't think there's a Pickins County anywhere. Also, there's a recording by Si Kahn with The Looping Brothers, and a recording by Hans Theessink on his Titanic CD. |
