Maybe I was sleepwalking, but I'm sure I saw a thread with "I'm sorry" in the title, within the last few days. I even posted to it, I think. I've searched and searched but can find no trace of it now. Maybe someone could point me to where it is, if it's still out there; or let me know, by PM if appropriate, what happened to it.

Actually I think TWO threads were exorcised. I stumbled onto a lovely little piece of flaming called "They're Back!" or "We're Back", with some typical assinine garbage, and some outraged responses. Presto! it was gone. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Well, if you use the filter and look back far enough for a thread with "sorry" in it, you'll find Now He's Sorry That He Spoke.

Two of our threads are missing! 'Rock-a-bye-baby' I have found information relating to the request only to descover that it has been removed from the on going threads. What a waste of time and effort, why?

Uncle metal-detector, the thread you're looking for is here. Threads drop off the list if no one posts to them in 24 hours. They don't disappear, but the message list only has threads active for the previous 24 hours. You can set the "age" filter up at the top to look for messages back 3 days, 7 days, etc. You can also click on "add thread to tracer" above where it says "Reply to thread," and it will add the thread to you personal page if you're a member.

Mucho Gracias, that one thread really deserved to be sent into space. Especially seeing as I was one of those who kept it going, I apologize for that but sure am glad it went to thread hell.
