Put a booby chicken breast on the grill,then place it on the plate with green salad,oven-dried tomatoes(you slice the poor tomato and put it at 180 degrees int the oven quite soaked in balsamic vinegar)and grilled baby potatoes.Top with balsamic dressing. Another recipe typical in italian Hospitals from your favourite ethnic correspondent

Booby chicken breast may sound resonant but it rappresent an achievement for someone practising english. Balsamic dressing consists in good extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. As for cooking the tomatoes,leave them in the oven at the lowest temperature.Fou hours.A hot oven turned off might do.Mind you,low temperature,long cooking. And no,don't go in Italian hospitals.You'll die of something before getting to taste the meal(thank God,since that could be the worst experience... Always available for recipes.

Lena, I don't think think there has been anything served like that salad in American hospitals, but I'll take your word for Italian hospitals. Maybe that salad will help prevent me from going to ANY hospital. I just made it, and it's great. Thanks for the recipe.

Isn't LOVE grand. We all experience it. And the topic was sandytoes....not booby (chicken breast). BUT....if you all want a good chicken receipe.....here is one for a chicken casserole. CHICKEN CASSEROLE: BOIL A CHICKEN. COOL IT, THEN DEBONE IT, AND DICE UP IN SMALL PIECES. MIX CHICKEN WITH ONE CUP OF SOUR CREAM AND A CAN OF CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP. STIR UP REAL GOOD AND PUT IN A CASSEROLE DISH. THEN CRUMBLE UP ONE SLEEVE OF RITZ CRACKERS...MORE IF YOU NEED IT AND SPREAD OVER THE CHICKEN MIXTURE. THEN MELT ONE STICK OF BUTTER AND POUR OVER THE CRACKERS. THEN BAKE FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES. MMMM MMMM GOOD. TRY THIS FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT. Hi Carol, For starters, no I am not Ebbie and Ebbie is not sandytoes I am sandytoes, me, myself, & I. I thank you for the email to Chuck about the concern of the lost friends & family members. I am a strong person and I believe there is a God and He is an awesome God. He is my strenght. I really do appreciate your concern...honestly & sincerely. I will tell you, like I have told Chuck...I want to move from this death valley I live in. The count of close friends, church family members, and family members have totaled 23 as of this past Monday. And it all started on January 15 of this year. But Chuck reminded me that where ever you go...people are always dying. So that wherever you may go, you are not running from it, because it is everywhere.
