The lyrics are here. I found an interesting, if slightly off-topic link, where chords and lyrics to a whole heap of songs, by artists like, Eddie Cochrane, Elvis, Johnny Burnette, and The Everly's, but unfortunately, not the one you want.
More lyrics, but no chords. (Really successful, here, aren't I?).

Woops. 2nd "don't you know" in chorus should be a G chord.
