LOL, wildlone! Good one, although, we liberated wimmin knew about one back in the early 80's, developed in France and named La Funnel! Out here in Wyoming, where the wind invariably blows and even guys find themselves at odds with it, getting drenched when it blows back on their pants, this device could be quite *handy*!

Here's what I'm wondering about, though. So you're in the stall. You're standing facing the john. The sounds of you relieving yourself can be heard by everyone else in the restroom, and your feet can be seen pointing toward the toilet. Does anyone else see the potential for some very strange experiences with this?
