It's "You're the Flower of My Heart, Sweet Adeline", 1903, in the Levy sheet music collection (in Mudcat's Links). Box 150a, item 108.

Dunno, but there was, and possibly still is a female barbershop group called 'The Sweet Adelines'. I remember seeing them around 30 years ago when a U.S. barbershop contest was televised. I think they were a Barbershop 'choir', but memory could well be at fault. The best male barbershop quartet I ever heard was in the same competition. They were called 'The Pacific Airs'.
