It's cold season and I can't remember the words to this song which came home from Hebrew Nursery School with my boys... Any help?

I know there were several verses and it's not in the DT or forum.
But after reading the family songs thread it's echoing with intermittent words in my mind. HELP!

Maurice Sendak made a kids' rhyme and minibook that went through the months of the year, with the refrain, "Happy once, happy twice, happy chicken soup with rice," with the first word changing with the months. Might this be it? It is in a little set "The Nutshell Library" with three other minibooks; I saw it again recently but it was first out in I believe the 70s, maybe 60s, and like some other early Sendak could be set to music readily.
