Help - Benjamin Bowmaneer: Britten arrangement?

I think Bemjamin Britten made an arragement of this song, but can't find any reference to it. Anyone know which composer made an arragement?

There's an arrangement for guitar by Geoffrey Burgon, which I found because of a recording which also has some Briten arrangements. Look at::

I don't know his music per se, but it seems I must have heard it as he apparently did music for Dr. Who, The Life of Brian, and oodles of other TV and film things.
