I am trying to locate anyone who has sang with, performed with, or been a friend of Alan "Forsh" Forshaw. I would love to hear their stories about their meetings/deelings with him as I am trying to put together a profile, and perhaps use this and his collected songs/own lyrics to put a biography together. All stories welcome! Mail me at "david.john.forshaw@talk21.com" Thanks(dope stories welcome, too!)

Dave, can you give a few more details...like locations, time frame etc. I played and hung out with so many folks who's names I've forgotten. But the memories of HOW the time was spent is still very fresh.

Rick

G'day Dave, Maureen &c,

That's the Alan Forshaw that I had in mind. Tony Suttor sporadically appears in in Mudcat waters as Tony from Darwin (and is a friend of the more prolix Bugsy?). I knew of Alan after I returned to Sydney in 1970, but Maureen and friends would have known him better.

Regards,

Bob Bolton

I think Dave may be relying on private posts.

I'll send him one now.

Tony

G'day again Fred,

Refresh!

I'll buttonhole some old luddite folkies (who aren't likely to see this on the internet) at the pub session and see what I can scare up.

Regards,

Bob Bolton
