I'm in the midst of rewriting a show about the history of Boston from the Harbors' perspective and I'm looking for any song that might qualify aboiut the future of Boston. I don't really have any more than that right now only because I don't want to eliminate any potential good ideas. Thanks for any help.

Being Boston born & bred I've heard a few about Boston past & Boston present but none about Boston future. Maybe more info & direction would help. Sorry. Barry

There are a few eco-ballads about harbours getting clogged, rivers choked, etc. that would be one possible future...though the last time I saw the Charles River it was considerably cleaner then I remember it from my childhood. And I think I've seen lyrics regarding "drowned cities" based on global warming and melting icecaps - which would be another possible future.
