chuckle@SINSULL comment above, "For once, every single vote actually counts." How true! Both candidates very nearly got half the vote! If we lined up all the US voters, numbered 'em even and odd, then said odd vote Bush, even votes Gore - we'd have had very nearly the same result! So those last few individuals will make a huge difference. Pretty cool, no matter what the outcome!

Kendall; Be proud of the part you played! perhaps if more pepole voted in some of our previous elections, things like Watergat, Viet-nam and the HUAC scandal with Sen. "Tailgunner" Joe McCarthy wouldn't have happened. Your vote and everyone elses' was and is critical if American democracy is to remain viable in the face of corruption and abuse.
