Subject: Lyr Add: DON'T TOUCH MY HEAD (J. B. Lenoir) From: rube1 Date: 31 Dec 00 - 09:20 PM I always thought this song was really cool, but I never figured out the last line of the chorus. Been wondering long enough. Somebody here might know. Sounds like "bread prosset" (inside ()= not sure) DON'T TOUCH MY HEAD-J.B. Lenoir
I got shined shoes and a nail manicure
So don't you touch my head
(With a) wave in my hair I feel shined and bright
So don't you touch my head
I'm drinking TNT cause I'm smoking dynamite Happy New Year to all |

Subject: RE: Lyr Req: Don't Touch My Head (J B Lenoir) From: Bob the Postman Date: 22 Jun 11 - 10:59 PM "bread prosset" is "fresh process", not "brand new process". I've long wondered if "Blue Suede Shoes" was inspired by "Don't Touch My Head". James Cotton recorded a jive version of "Red Riding Hood" in which Red says to the Wolf, after the usual "what big eyes you have", "and your process is out of sight". Muddy's process. |
