Yes, Rachel, it was written in honor of Cape Verde native tango singer Cesario Evora (who always perform in her barefeet!).

Sorry but I do not understand. Was it written in honor of Cape Verde or in honour of the native tango singer Cesario Evora. From which country is the song from? Can you give me any hints for its interpretation for a chorus?
