Thanks folks for another brilliant evening. I must get something sorted out to get cheaper access to the net; being on for hours at a time is going to get expensive. Still, cheapest way to hear so many wonderful folk singing.

I can't seem to be able to get Paltalk to open for me. My computer hangs fire when I bring it up. Is this something others have experienced?

Naemanson... Have not had this problem, but try dumping the copy of the program you have, and then downloading it again, could be the copy you downloaded got damaged...

At least you have a puter>....

sometimes when you have tried to access Paltalk - particularly at very busy times (after 6pmET) - the whole system freezes or refuses to initialise

I find that clearing Paltalk - using CONT/ALT/DEL will usually work

Very occassionally I have to reboot before I can get back in
Others may have different solutions - basically ,for me , it seems to remember the settings of the failed contact and then does not acknowlege that contact was not made - I think

I get the same problem as Nutty sometimes. I have found that this one will usualy clear on its own in a few minutes without any need to Ctrl-Alt-Del.
