It doesn't seem to be at Amazon or any of our other sponsor sites (if you go through Mudcat by clicking on the "Catfish jumping from the Banjo" logo, you can access the sites and support the 'Cat).

I would suggest that you contact Dick Greenhaus at CAMSCO RECORDS. Dick owns the Digital Tradition and is also a 'Catter and can get you damn near ANYTHING!!! Give him a try!
