No, not Mingulay Boat Song, but the sound is similar. The version I heard was sung by a man with a fairly thick Scots accent, so it was difficult to make out much of what he said. It had a similar feel to that piece though, but more heavily celtic.

Hello all. I have used mudcat for a few years now in searching out lyrics but have never taken a look into the forum until now. I am a singer/bodhran player in Virginia and have been involved in folk music for nearly 20 years. I am interested in finding the lyrics to a song called "Heave yo ho". Has anyone ever heard of this one?
