I went to help and followed instructions - entered two words in filter and pressed refresh as it told me. Only three messages visible!!

I'm formally Norann but told me I was not a member - just joined today 2.00 am now 8.30 pm. So I joined again under Jelly bean. Got the messages back!Have to see how it goes from here. I'm not quite sure what you were trying to do, but the Filter is designed to display only messages which contain in their titles (I think) the words you put in the Filter box.  In order to get the display back, all you need to do is clear the filter box and refresh.

Ann, suggest you stick with the name Norann, or just Ann, 'cos there is a catter called jellybeam, and it could be confusing!
