My dad use to sing a song to us when we were children. It went something like this: Twas 50 years ago this very day I left the Port of Cork, I landed into Erin's Isle, I landed in New York, there wasnt a sole to great me there, etc...if recognizes this song (I probably have words wrong as I was pretty little) I would appreciate any info you have on it - a song title would be great. Thanks!!

Look in the DT under "M" Janeo. This was recorded by quite a few artists I think, most popular here was The Irish Rovers version
