For future reference, do you know about Google?

Google is a really good search tool (probably the best at present)

If you'd typed 'Desolation Row' into Google, you'd have come up with these results

If you've clicked on that link, you'll notice that the top result takes you directly to the lyrics on bobdylan.com (the one linked to in the previous message)

Might save you some time in future

Yes Simon, that's Bob's home page and is excellent. The other Dylan site I use is this Japanese one which is done by the guy who is the Dylan nut over there...He does a great job and is truly perhaps Bob's biggest fan.

RE: Google and search engines, many times a title will get you a zillion hits but sorting them for lyrics is ridiculously time consuming. You can sometimes cut that back by entering (in this case) "Desolation Row" Dylan Lyrics. Of couse in this example the song is very easy to find but on the tough ones, ant info can help narrow things down.

Even better is if you can recall a phrase it can be a big help, actually the best you can have. For instance, entering "beauty parlor's filled with sailors" will reduce the hits to only those you really want. And remember that spelling is important and some songs have slang spellings so try them too.
