Subject: Five lyrics I need From: GUEST,Mareike Date: 02 Apr 02 - 05:20 AM There are five songs I know from CDs, but unfortunately I can't get the lyrics by listening. So if anyone can help me, I'd be very pleased! The first song is called "Hail Mary Full Of Grace" and it's from Davey Arthur. The second one is "Flower Of Scottland", which is a traditional scottish song, as far as I know. The third song is "Chemical Worker's Song" and it's from a group called the "Foreign Feathers". The fourth song is "St.Patrick's Breastplate" from Royston and Heater Wood. And last but not least there is a song, which is very similar to a lot of other songs, it's called "The Frog's Wedding". But this special version is from "The Johnstons" and they have different melody and text than the more known versions. I hope you can help me! Mareike |

Subject: Lyr Add: I. C. I. SONG / CHEMICAL WORKERS SONG From: DMcG Date: 02 Apr 02 - 05:31 AM Chemical Workers Song (or: I.C.I. Song) (Ron Angel)
Go, boy, go
A process man am I, I'm telling you no lie
I've worked among the spinners, breathed in the oily smoke
There's overtime and bonus, opportunities galore
Repeat 1
Christ above me
I bind unto myself this day the strong name Not quite the Heather Wood/Royston Wood version, but I thought theirs is pretty clear, sin't it?
===== Flower of Scotland is in the DT

Subject: Lyr Add: THE FLOWER OF SCOTLAND^^^ From: GUEST,wickedlad Date: 04 Apr 02 - 12:48 PM The Flower Of Scotland O flower of Scotland When will we see Your like again That fought and died for Your wee bit hill and glen And stood against him Proud Edward's army And sent him homeward Tae think again. The hills are bare now And autumn leaves lie Thick and still O'er land that is lost now Which those so dearly held And stood against him Proud Edward's army And sent him homeward Tae think again. Those days are passed now And in the past They must remain But we can still rise now And be the nation again That stood against him Proud Edward's army And sent him homeward Tae think again.
