Larry... I think I can honestly say that I have never encountered an Irish band with their own lingerie collection before...... send them on over....lol...........

OK Bob, I'll behave I'll try not to distract the accordionists again (thats something you don't get to say every day of the week either...... *grin*).......... unless obviously its hot for the next practice... and then I'll be in my shorts again......

BTW.... has anyone seen anything other than "black" when they look at the site? I'm assuming she's always asleep when I check in and her pants are safely in the laundry basket!!

If I was the musician I wish I was, I could have spemt a bit more Time enjoying the view. The Heritage Ensemble get together once a year to play some 6 hours of music for the Bush Music Club's (usually Colonial-themed) Heritage Ball. There are usually some 25 to 30 musicians from bands in the Sydney / Newcastle / Illawarra / Canberra region ... some of whome travel 300 kilimetres to practise and play! They play (quite a lot of music they have not seen before) on the strength of 2 6-hour rehearsals!

That's a pretty impressive performance, and I am the musicians' coordinator for the event ... and often have some input into the selection of the music (once the dancers and callers have finally decided what they are going to dance!). I wish I was just romping along with all the tunes that I know ... and enjoying the event ... but this discipline is good for my soul ... I think!
