Greetings all,

I'm spending a week in Quebec City at the end of June. Days will be completely tied up with meetings and stuff, but I am hoping that there are some little, out of the way pubs or bars with really good music. I'm not particular as to style of music. Just that it has good beer, simple food and music that comes from something other than a CD.

Thanks!

Are all Canadian catter's in Toronto and points west then? Don't we have anyone from Quebec? I've *been* there, but not since the early sixties - and I wasn't doing anything in the evening then except getting sent to bed.

MMario -

We have to have a couple - though only less that 2% of people who live in Quebec City consider English their main language today. I just figured that someone would have been there in the last few years. I have travel books that mention several places, but I'd like to know if they're right or not.

pax yall
