I bet it's the one we did with the kids at playschool when I worked there: starts "When Santa got stuck up the chimney, he began to shout..." I could sing it for you, but I can't help with the midi. I don't know if the Preschool Playgroups Association (UK) would have anything.

No play...we just used to sing it with any relevant hand gestures. But we only did the first verse: I didn't know there was another!

The Goon Shows were conceived in his pub 'The Grafton Arms' in Westminster & JG still going at 93 yoa! Comedy scriptwriter & TV producer in his own right - Dickie Henderson shows etc!

I take it the tune is the same as the old music hall song sung by Billy Williams, 'When Father papered the Parlour' [Weston & Barnes 1910], which seems to have provided the inspiration for the format of this song?
