Did I just hear,that Bob Dylan was recently Busted, for smoking a cigarett in public in California? You can't tell me this is progress.

I read a while ago that Dylan moaned about restrictions on smoking in public places so maybe he he decided to have one last fling at living the "Outlaw Blues". Can we clear up the basic fact though before any more jokes: did he get busted?

Yaknow, smoking is a problem. Not just from a public health point of view though. When I worked for Shell, at their refinery in Essex, they recognized it as a serious problem. Smoking is not compatible with volatile fluids and gases. so they dealt with it in a reasonable and rational way.

Of course they were pragmatic business men and not politicians, or the press, or the gullible public. So they just went ahead and fixed the problem.

If any pragmatic business man has a problem with smoking at his site or workplace, he can send me a personal message and for a comparatively small fee I will divulge the complete solution to his problem.

I bet Bob even smokes in the shower, using a little nose umbrella to keep the cigarette lit! Only Joni Mitchell can surpass his daily intake of nicotine. How strange that I, one of his greatest fans, am a lifetime non-smoker.
