There is an island of the coast of Scotland named Argee Pargee and the people collected money and they built a new Library

They wanted Prince Charles to come and speak at the dedic\ation

he accepted and arrived to do it

He was dressed in his full outfit except he was wearing a hat made of a coon skin " He said I am very happy to be here to dedicate this library

At the reception some man asked why he was wearing the furry hat

He replied " When I told the Queen that I was invited to Argee Pargee she said that was nice but" Wear the Fox Hat"
